Payment
How do I buy PDF standards?
Browse the catalog or search for a standard number, open the product page, and check the edition and description. Add the required documents to your cart and complete checkout.
Can I purchase documents as a guest?
You can place an order using your email address. Use the correct email at checkout so you can receive delivery information. An account makes it easier to find your orders and downloads.
What payment methods are accepted?
Pay by credit or debit card through the checkout page. Available card brands and any eligible digital wallets are shown by the payment provider during payment.
How is my payment information handled?
Card payment is completed with our payment provider. Do not send card numbers, passwords, or security codes to customer support.
Can I cancel an order or request a refund?
Contact support with your order number and the reason for your request. Eligibility depends on the delivery status and the circumstances of the order. See the Refund Policy for details.
Files & Download
When can I download my purchased documents?
Once payment is confirmed and delivery is complete, open Download center in your account. Delivery information may also be sent to the email address entered at checkout.
Where can I find a guest order?
Check the delivery email sent to your checkout email address. If you cannot find it, check your spam folder and contact support with your order number.
How can I open and read a PDF standard?
Use a current PDF reader, such as Adobe Acrobat Reader, Foxit Reader, or your browser PDF viewer. Extract ZIP archives before opening the documents inside.
What should I do if I cannot open a file?
Download the file again and try a current PDF reader. If the problem continues, contact support with the order number, document name, and the error message.
Can I access a document on more than one device?
Access and sharing are governed by the license for the individual document. Check the product information and applicable license before copying, printing, or sharing a file.

Where can I find my order information?
Sign in and open My orders. Select an order to see the purchased products, payment status, and delivery information. For billing documentation, contact support with your order number.
How can I find a specific standard?
Search by standard number or product name, or use the TOPICS menu to browse a category. Check the product edition and publication date before purchasing.
What if I cannot find the standard I need?
Send the standard number, title, and required edition to our support team using the Contact Us page.
