Please check the standard number, title, language, and edition before completing a purchase. Digital files may become available shortly after payment is confirmed.
Requesting a refund
Contact support with your order number, checkout email address, the affected document, and the reason for your request. Include details of duplicate charges, delivery failures, or files that do not match the order.
Review of requests
Requests are reviewed according to the delivery and download status, the nature of the issue, the terms presented at purchase, and applicable consumer law. Downloading or accessing a digital file can affect refund eligibility; this does not remove any statutory rights.
Approved refunds
Support will confirm the outcome of the review. Where a refund is approved, it is returned through the original payment method when supported. The payment provider and issuing bank determine when the credit appears.
