Textiles — Determination of pH of the aqueous extract

Applicable to textiles in any form (fibres, yarns, fabrics, etc.), provided that a small representative sample may be obtained which is in, or may be reduced to, a form which permits a ready exchange of liquid between the interior of the material and the water used in preparing the extract.
